  2. Containment & negative air pressure
  3. Air purification with a HEPA-filtered air exhaust system
  4. Remove porous materials showing extensive mold growth
  5. Vacuuming contents with HEPA-filtered vacuums
  6. Remediate surface mold growth from non-porous surfaces
  7. Biocide treatment to protect against future mold colonization.
  8. Drying and dehumidifying the moist environment if needed
  9. Sealing treated surfaces with antimicrobial primer and paint
  10. Containment removal and final cleanup after third party inspection and clearance, and/or when authorization has been obtained during bidding process
  11. Verify that the environment is suitable for re-occupancy.
